As part of an eco-friendly approach, we suggest you give your jewelry a second life rather than replacing it! If you purchased your jewelry more than a year ago, please follow the information below. Otherwise, we invite you to use your warranty and contact us.

1. You live in Valence and can visit our workshop-boutique directly.

2. If you cannot visit the boutique, no problem. You can select your jewelry from the dropdown menu and add your re-gilding to the cart. Finalize your order and payment.

3. Send us your jewelry along with your order summary to the address provided.

As each pearl is unique, slight variations in shape and shade may exist from one piece to another.

Each LES ESSENTIELS piece of jewelry is hand-assembled in our French workshop in Toulouse, with particular attention paid to the finesse of details and the balance of materials.

Our creations are produced in small series to preserve demanding manufacturing quality and genuine artisanal know-how.
