DELIVERY
Prices and possible choices will be available when you validate your order.
For France and Belgium, delivery costs are free from 100€ of purchase.
From €250 for international.
We ship worldwide.
The preparation time for an order can vary between 3 and 7 working days. Then, the delivery time (indicated when placing the order) is effective once the order has been shipped and it depends on the carrier chosen.
Please note if your order is urgent, please let us know in the order note.
Delivery to a relay point generally takes longer, allow 6 days.

If your package is lost, please inform us as soon as possible by email at service-client@giselb.com indicating the number of your order.
We always find a solution so that you can receive your jewelry as quickly as possible.
If your package is returned to the sender, the order will be refunded upon receipt and you will have to re-order.
THE RETURNS
You have 14 days after receipt of your order to generate a return.
You can generate your return request in your customer area.

Returns are free for France and Belgium.

You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return your parts to us.
Parts must be returned in their original condition , unworn, with all accessories and labels undetached .
Reimbursement is automatic on the payment method used during the purchase.
You will receive an automatic email from our site.
It takes 24 to 48 hours for it to take effect.

Gift cards are available in digital or paper form.
DIGITAL CARD: you receive the card by email with a unique code. You can use it multiple times.
PAPER CARD: This is a pretty card* that comes boxed with your own personalized message.
The card is valid for 1 year.

They cannot be returned or refunded.
*Currently physical gift cards are available on the FR site in €, on the UK site in £ and on the US site in $.

Do not mix your jewelry with others. Contact with other meats can damage your jewelry.

Dry your jewelry well after putting it in water.
The manufacturer's warranty is possible for a period of 1 year.
If you break your jewelry, we can repair it. If this results in repair costs, a quote will be sent to you.
