DELIVERY AND RETURN OF YOUR JEWELRY

DELIVERY

We process your orders the same day or the next business day after your order. If you are delayed, customer service will contact you in advance.

Please note that for custom-made jewelry, delivery times are 1 week.

** In case of delivery outside Metropolitan France, administrative and/or customs fees may be applied by the carrier.

Delivery times & rates? Shipping terms vary depending on the country of delivery. All information will be given to you when you place your order. For France, delivery times vary between 48 hours and 4 days by Colissimo. For Europe, allow between 5 days and 2 weeks. Please note that relay deliveries take longer, allow at least a good week. HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER?

You can find your tracking number in your account. When your GISEL B. package is sent, you will automatically receive an email (be careful, it may be in spam). In this email, you will find all the information concerning your delivery.

If your package is lost?
We invite you to contact our Customer Service by email at service-client@giselb.com so that we can find a solution.

If my package is returned to sender? Once your package is returned to our Workshop, it cannot be reshipped to you and will be automatically refunded within 7 working days.


HOW TO RETURN YOUR JEWELRY?

You wish to return your order or part of it. Please contact customer service who will respond to you within 2 working days (service-client@giselb.com). Don't worry, the date your email was sent is valid. You have 14 days from the date you received your package to make the request. Beyond this period, the sale is declared firm and final. You can also request a return directly in your customer account, by clicking on your order.

– PURSUANT TO ARTICLE L. 221-21 OF THE CONSUMER CODE-

Please note, the jewel must be returned in perfect condition, new, never worn and with all the elements that compose it.

To make a return, the customer must contact customer service and make the return request. Customer service will then send the customer the return slip (free only for mainland France) as well as the procedure to follow. The return of the products is the responsibility of the customer and is done at his risk if the place of delivery is not FRANCE.

The refund of the order is made by the company LOUMAS via the payment system used when ordering, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of said return. However, the refund is made subject to the company LOUMAS having been able to recover the products from the return and the request.

If the customer fails to comply with these General Terms and Conditions, LOUMAS will not be able to refund the products concerned. In all cases, return costs will be borne by LOUMAS if the product delivered is different or damaged.

Regarding custom-made jewelry, please contact us at service-client@giselb.com before any procedure. Indeed, a custom-made jewel is made for you and according to your wishes. They cannot be returned or refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery times & methods

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your country and the delivery method chosen. Specific information will be provided to you at the time of ordering , before payment confirmation.

  • Metropolitan France:
    Colissimo: 48 hours to 4 business days
    Delivery time: 5 to 7 business days
  • Europe
    Standard delivery: 5 to 7 days
    Collection point : 7 to 12 days

Outside of mainland France, customs or administrative fees may be applied by local authorities or the carrier. These fees are beyond our control and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (remember to check your spam folder). You can also find all delivery information in your customer account .

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return. After this period, the sale is considered final .

How do I make a return?

  1. Contact our Customer Service at service-client@giselb.com
    (The date of your email will be considered proof of compliance with the legal deadline)
  2. You can also initiate the request directly from your customer account .
  3. After validation, we will send you the return instructions.

Return conditions

  • The jewelry must be new, never worn , and returned in its original condition.
  • All items must be included: box, pouch, certificate, etc.
  • The jewelry must be carefully packaged to ensure its protection during transport.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • The return is the responsibility of the customer (registered tracked shipping).

Refund

The refund will be issued via the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and validation of the return by our workshop. Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.

Products not eligible for refund

The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Jewelry on sale (final sales)
  • Custom or made-to-measure creations

Exchange conditions

  • The jewelry must be returned new, never worn , in its original condition.
  • All items must be included (box, pouch, certificate, etc.)
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • The return is the responsibility of the customer.

Once the jewelry has been received and validated by our workshop, a credit note will be created.

Use of the asset

  • Valid on the entire online store
  • Can be used once or multiple times
  • No time limit
  • Excluding custom-made creations

If the amount of your new order is greater than that of the credit note, the difference can be paid using the payment method of your choice.

Special cases

Damaged or non-compliant product
If the jewelry you received is defective or does not match your order, please contact our Customer Service department immediately. Return shipping costs will then be covered by Maison GISEL B.

Custom/Made-to-Measure Jewelry
These items are neither exchangeable nor refundable. We encourage you to contact our Customer Service department before placing your order with any questions.
