Delivery and return

THE DELIVERY

We process your orders the same day or the next business day following your order. If you are late, customer service will contact you in advance.

Please note for custom-made jewelry, delivery times are 1 week.

** In the event of delivery outside mainland France, administrative and/or customs fees may be applied by the carrier.

Delivery times & prices?
Shipping terms vary depending on the country of delivery. All information will be given to you when you place your order.
For France, delivery times vary between 48 hours and 4 days by Colissimo.
For Europe, allow between 5 days and 2 weeks.
Please note, relay deliveries take longer, allow a good week minimum.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER?

You can find your tracking number in your account. When sending your GISEL B. package, you automatically receive an email (be careful, it may be in spam). In this email, you will find all the information concerning your delivery.

If your package is lost?
We invite you to contact our Customer Service by email at service-client@giselb.com so that we can find a solution.

What if my package is returned to the sender? Once your package is returned to our Workshop, it cannot be sent back to you and will be automatically refunded within 7 working days.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR JEWELRY?

You would like to return your order or part of it. Please contact customer service who will respond to you within 2 working days (service-client@giselb.com). Don't worry, the date your email was sent is binding. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to request it. Beyond this period, the sale is declared firm and final. You can also request a return directly in your customer account, by clicking on your order.

Please note, the jewelry must be returned in perfect condition, new, never worn and with all the elements that make it up.

To make a return, the customer must contact customer service and request the return. Customer service will then send the customer the return slip (free only for mainland France) as well as the procedure to follow. The return of products is the responsibility of the customer and is done at their own risk if the place of delivery is not FRANCE.

The refund of the order is made by the LOUMAS company via the payment system used when ordering, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of said return. However, the reimbursement occurs provided that the LOUMAS company has been able to recover the products of the return and the request.

If the customer fails to comply with these General Terms and Conditions, the LOUMAS company will not be able to reimburse the products concerned. In all cases, return costs are the responsibility of the LOUMAS company if the product delivered is different or damaged.

Concerning custom-made jewelry, please contact us at service-client@giselb.com before any procedure. In fact, a tailor-made piece of jewelry is made for you and according to your wishes. They cannot be returned or refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
