CRAFTSMAN OF FRANCE

The "Artisan de France" label is awarded by the French State. It cannot be bought, nor is it automatically renewed—it must be earned. To obtain it, genuine artisanal mastery must be proven: recognized technical expertise, handmade work, within French territory, by a qualified person.

Maison Gisel B. obtained this label in 2025. This is not a decorative mention on packaging—it is official confirmation that every piece of jewelry you wear is the result of a human, precise touch, rooted in a very real workshop in Toulouse.

Behind every strung pearl, every adjusted clasp, every piece checked before shipment—there is an artisan certified by the French State. This is what this label guarantees. Nothing more, nothing less.

What it means, concretely, for your piece of jewelry.

When you order a La Maison Gisel B. piece of jewelry, it doesn't exist yet. It will be created for you, by hand, in our workshop in Toulouse.

Each cultured pearl is individually selected — chosen for its character, its mother-of-pearl, its unique baroque shape. It is then strung, positioned, assembled with an 18-karat gold-plated or 14-karat gold-filled setting. No machines, no subcontracting, no mass production on the other side of the world.

The "Artisan de France" label certifies that this gesture is real. That there is a person — a qualified artisan — behind each piece that arrives at your home. That the jewelry you wear has been touched, thought of, checked by human hands before joining yours.

This is what makes every piece unique. And that's exactly what we stand for.

THE LABEL

This logo is not just a decoration. It is a certification issued by the French State, awarded after verification of the know-how, manufacturing conditions, and qualifications of the artisan.

You will find it on our packaging, our website, and our communications — because we are proud of what it represents and what it guarantees you.
