As you know, at GISEL B , all the jewelry is handmade and made in France. We have our workshop located in Valence in the Drome. This is where we work all our cultured pearls, where we mount all our jewelry: assembly, chaining, drilling of pearls and shells, polishing of shells and pearls, gluing, threading ...
It is also in this workshop that we imagine all our collections. First we order by drawings, then phases of tests and prototyping that we do on brass elements, untreated and sometimes with cardboard or wax templates. This allows us to check the falls, lengths and proportions.
Once the model is validated, we launch a small series production of the pieces. We work with a craftsman from our Auvergne Rhône Alpes region to reduce the carbon footprint of our jewelry as much as possible. He also takes care of plating the jewelry in 24 carat gold.
