As you know, at GISEL B, all jewelry is made by hand and in France. We have our workshop located in Valence in Drome. This is where we work all our cultured pearls, where we assemble all our jewelry: assembly, chaining, drilling of pearls and shells, polishing of shells and pearls, gluing, threading...
It is also in this workshop that we imagine all our collections. First we order with drawings, then testing and prototyping phases that we do on untreated brass elements and sometimes with cardboard or wax templates. This allows us to check drapes, lengths and proportions.
Once the model is validated, we launch small series production of the parts. We work with a craftsman from our Auvergne Rhône Alpes region to reduce the carbon footprint of our jewelry as much as possible. He also takes care of plating jewelry in 24 carat gold.
