1/LOUMAS , EURL registered with the RCS of Valence under number 812560530, whose registered office is at 1 rue du Théatre 26000 Valence, FRANCE (hereinafter the “Organizing Company”) is organizing from October 23 to November 9, 2025, a game entitled “The big game” (hereinafter “the Game”), accessible on the website and on the Instagram account of La Maison GISEL B @la_maison_giselb

The information provided by Participants may be used by the Organizing Company.

2/ 2. PRINCIPLE AND PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME

2.1. Principle

Participation in the Game is open to any adult natural person with an email address or Instagram account, with the exception of permanent or occasional members of the Organizing Company, its suppliers and anyone who has had professional contact with the Organizing Company for this operation (hereinafter "the Participant(s)").

To take part in the Game, Participants must either:
- go to the website www.giselb.com and to the page dedicated to the Game
- go to the Instagram account La Maison GISEL B @la_maison_giselb on the post dedicated to the Game

On the website: between October 23 and November 9, 2025, they will have to provide their information. By validating the form, Participants will be subscribed to the GISEL B Newsletter. Participants will only be able to complete the dedicated page on the website once, during the duration of the Game.

On Instagram: Between October 24 and November 9, 2025, they will have to follow the Instagram account GISEL B. and tag another Instagram account than their own in the comments.

By doing so, Participants on the site and Instagram will be automatically entered into a draw that will take place on November 10, 2025 for participants on Instagram and on October 12 for participants on the site. It will allow 4 of them to each win 1 prize including: 1 piece of jewelry from the Les Essentiels collection for them and 1 piece of jewelry from the Les Essentiels collection for a friend. 2 Winners will be drawn at random from the Participants on Instagram and 2 other Winners will be drawn at random from the Participants on the GISEL B site (see details in article 3 below).

2.2. Conditions of participation and validity

Registering under a false identity or providing false information or registering under multiple identities will result in the cancellation of participation. In addition, entries to the Game will be canceled if they are incomplete, erroneous, counterfeit or made in a manner that violates these rules.

3/ The draw will take place on November 10, 2025 for participants on Instagram and on October 12 for participants on the site.

Winners will be notified by email or private message on Instagram within 5 days. They must acknowledge receipt of their winnings by return email or message within one week. If they do not receive a response, they may be contacted by phone.

If they cannot be definitively contacted and without a response within this period, they will lose the benefit of their prizes and new Participants may be drawn.

4 people will each win 1 prize including 1 piece of jewelry from the Les Essentiels collection for them and 1 piece of jewelry from the Les Essentiel collection for a friend.

2 Winners will be drawn at random from among the Participants on Instagram and 2 other Winners will be drawn at random from among the Participants on the GISEL B website

In the event of force majeure or if circumstances so require, the Organizing Company reserves the right to replace the prizes won with others of an equivalent nature and value.

The Winners may not claim the cash equivalent of the prizes won or request their exchange for other goods and services, even if they decide to refuse them or withdraw from the Game.

In this case, the endowments will be lost.

4/ The Organizing Company will inform the Winners by email or private message on Instagram within 5 days following the draw.

The Organizing Company shall not be held liable in cases where, for reasons beyond its control, notification to the Winners was lost or did not reach its destination due to a malfunction or a change of contact details.

If they do not acknowledge receipt of their winning notification or do not communicate their product selection within the required timeframe, they may be contacted by telephone. If they cannot be reached by any means, they will forfeit their prizes.

5/Participation in this Game implies, for the benefit of the Organizing Company and Game Partners, authorization to publish on all current and future media and in any publicity-promotional event linked to the Game, the name of the Winners, without this use giving rise to the payment of any compensation, other than the prizes provided.

6/The names and contact details of the Participants may be subject to computer processing by the Organizing Company.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data, Participants have the right to access, rectify and delete personal information concerning them at any time, as well as the possibility of objecting to the processing of this data.

To do this, they simply need to make a request, specifying their contact details and sending a copy of their identity document, by email to service-client@giselb.com

To learn more about the processing of their personal data, Participants are invited to refer to the Confidentiality Charter available on our site.

7/The Organizing Company shall not be held liable if a person:
- suffered any technical failure (line condition, power failure, server incident, accidental disconnection, etc.),
- provided inaccurate or incomplete contact details that prevented him from being informed of his winnings.

Participation in the Game implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the technologies used by the Internet and those linked to it, in particular with regard to technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transferring information, the risks of interruption, and more generally, the risks inherent in any connection and transmission, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network.

Consequently, the Organizing Company cannot under any circumstances be held responsible, without this list being exhaustive:
- the content of the services consulted on the Internet and, in general, of all information and/or data disseminated on the services consulted on said sites;
- the transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information on the Internet;
- any malfunction of the Internet network preventing the proper running/functioning of the Game;
- failure of any reception equipment or communication lines;
- loss of any paper or electronic mail and, more generally, loss of any data;
- routing problems;
- the operation of any software;
- the consequences of any virus, computer bug, anomaly, technical failure;
- any damage caused to a Participant's computer or mobile phone;
- any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind, having prevented or limited the possibility of participating in the Game or having damaged a Participant's system.

It is specified that the Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from an interruption, malfunction of any kind, suspension or termination of the Game, for any reason whatsoever, or for any direct or indirect damage resulting, in any way, from an Internet connection.

It is the responsibility of each Participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any attack.

Any person's connection to the Internet and participation in the Game is their sole responsibility.

The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible if, for reasons beyond its control, the Game is partially or totally modified, postponed or canceled. No compensation may be claimed in this regard.

In any case, if the smooth administrative and technical running of the Game is disrupted by a virus, computer bug, unauthorized human intervention or any other cause beyond the control of the Organizing Company, the latter reserves the right to interrupt it.

8/The rules of this Game can be sent free of charge to any person who requests them from LOUMAS by email to service-client@giselb.com

9/The Organizing Company may rely, in particular for the purposes of proof, on any act, fact or omission, programs, data, files, recordings, operations and other elements (such as monitoring reports or other statements) established, received or kept directly or indirectly by the Organizing Company, in particular in its information systems, in connection with the Game.

The Participants undertake not to contest the admissibility, validity or probative force of the aforementioned elements, on the basis of any legal provision whatsoever which would specify that certain documents must be written or signed by the parties to constitute proof.

Thus, the elements considered constitute useful evidence that is admissible, valid and enforceable between the parties in the same manner, under the same conditions and with the same probative force as any document established, received or kept in writing.

10/Participation in the Game implies full and complete acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in these rules.

11/The Organizing Company reserves the right to cancel, modify, shorten, extend partially or completely this operation if circumstances require it to do so without having to justify this decision and without being liable for compensation.

12/It is expressly agreed that the law that will apply is French law. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the Paris Courts. However, for Participants residing abroad, local regulations may apply if they prove more favorable to them.
