Gift cards

Gift cards are available digitally or in paper form.

DIGITAL CARD: you receive the card by email with a unique code. You can use it several times.

PAPER CARD: This is a pretty card* delivered in a box with your own personalized message.

The card is valid for 1 year.

They are available on the site: E-Shop > Gift cards

They cannot be returned or refunded.

*Currently physical gift cards are available on the FR site in €, on the UK site in £ and on the US site in $.

How do I modify or cancel an order?

Cancelation

Once your order has been validated, you have one hour to cancel it or change the delivery address. To do this, please contact us here.

Edit

It is not possible to modify the content of the order. We invite you to return your parts to us when you have received them by declaring your return from your customer area.

Our teams cannot cancel your order after one hour, nor modify it.

Where do we deliver?

We send our jewelry all over the world.

Delays

The preparation time for an order can vary between 3 and 7 working days. Then, the delivery time (indicated when placing the order) is effective once the order has been shipped and it depends on the carrier chosen.

Please note if your order is urgent, please let us know in the order note.

Delivery to a relay point generally takes longer, allow 6 days.

Free delivery

Delivery is offered to relay points for France and Belgium.

It is also available from €150 by colissimo home delivery for France and Belgium.

Our carriers

We work with La Poste, TNT and Colis Privé.

My package is lost or returned?

If your package is lost, please inform us as soon as possible by email at service-client@giselb.com indicating the number of your order.

We always find a solution so that you can receive your jewelry as quickly as possible.

If your package is returned to the sender, the order will be refunded upon receipt and you will have to re-order.

You have 14 days after receipt of your order to generate a return.

You can generate your return request in your customer area.

Free returns

Returns are free for France and Belgium.

Return conditions

You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return your parts to us.

Parts must be returned in their original condition , unworn, with all accessories and labels undetached .

How does the reimbursement work?

Reimbursement is automatic on the payment method used during the purchase.

You will receive an automatic email from our site.

It takes 24 to 48 hours for it to take effect.

Maintenance and warranty

How to maintain your jewelry?

Your jewelry can go in plain or soapy water. Remember to rinse or dry them well to keep them as long as possible.

To restore shine to your jewelry, use a soft, dry cloth.

Be careful, cultured pearls don't like salt water! Please respect it.

Product warranty

The manufacturer's warranty is possible for a period of 1 year.

If you break your jewelry, we can repair it. If this results in repair costs, a quote will be sent to you.

Re-gilding service

We can replate your jewelry at will. For this we have set up a dedicated service.
